Adult Boxfit

High intensity class with music, movement, and motivation. During a continuous heavy bag routine, instructors mix conditioning exercises (interval training) to build lung capacity and develop breathing patterns, as well as maintain an increased heart rate to promote calorie burn. Non-contact partner drills are occasionally employed to enable head and body movement, teaching striking and avoiding punches. Sharpen your skills, build stamina, and feel like a pro.

Kids Class (Cubs)

Our kids boxing class is the perfect introduction to boxing fundamentals for 6-13 years old interested in competing and having fun. It covers proper stance, jabs, right/left crosses, hooks, basic footwork and movement. Each class will also consist of conditioning for both the physical and mental aspects of the sport of boxing.
